Lawsuit filed against Foxtrot after stores closed
A class action lawsuit filed in Illinois Wednesday accused Foxtrot, Dom’s Market and Outfox Hospitality of wrongful termination after all of the chains’ stores closed down suddenly nationwide. The lawsuit accused the company of failing to provide a notice of a mass layoff or plant closing.
