OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Your Saturday will be fairly quiet before things change Sunday. Today, expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the low 80s with winds around 10-15 mph. Tonight stays mild with lows in the upper 50s and lows 60s with winds beginning to increase.
A cold front with strong wind gusts brought with it the high fire risk for much of Oklahoma on Sunday with several large fires that scorched the state.
Brace yourselves for a drastic drop in temperatures. Winds are in the process of switching out of the northwest this morning. Many of us will see our high temperatures through mid-morning, the rest of the day will be blustery as temperatures fall.
