The product is everything it says it is. I've had these switches in the past and the ONLY complaint I have regarding this one specifically is that the locator light is NOT as bright as it has been on other switches in my home. Specifically, when I'm looking for the light switch in the dark, the locator light is pretty small within the center part of the switch that makes it very hard to notice - even in the dark. On other locator light switches, one half of the paddle switch is usually lit up.

Bought this to match a Sunnata Dimmer in the same style. It's just an on/off switch, but it functions well. Has a fairly distinctive and positive "click" feel. Quality is excellent.\r\nThe locator light is fairly dim, but I prefer it over a bright light. When your eyes are dark-adjusted, the locator light is more than bright enough. If there is ambient light, then the locator light appears dim... but then you don't need it. The light bleeds a bit on the sides, but I didn't find that to be an issue.

Delivery was fine, picked it up at lockbox in the store. Was actually a day early. Installation was simple and easy. Only complaint would be the illumination could be a little brighter. If there is any light in the room, the light in the switch cannot be seen.

It keeps my stupid 4-way going. It's a stupid price for a stupid 4-way that doesn't need to exist, but thanks for making the switch. I would've been totally screwed design wise if Lutron hadn't made it. If you've also been installing Claros and been blindsided by the location of a 4-way in your installation, this will save your beans.

I bought this because I needed a 4-way rocker switch, and wanted one with a locator light, so that the switch would be easy to find in the dark. The 4-way rocker switch works just fine, but the locator light function is so dim, especially when compared to 1-way and 3-way switches with a locator light, that I regret paying double the money for just the locator light feature. I now wish I had bought a 4-way rocker switch with no locator light, for half the price.
