Along with a solid-state digital controller, the unit has an LED screen that shows temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and the controller also makes use of temperature alarms. Extensive stainless steel construction protects the refrigerator from the wear and tear of a busy restaurant kitchen, as well as corrosion and rust.The solid door of the Hoshizaki R1A-FS one-section refrigerator locks in the cold, preventing it from leaking out the way a glass door would.
