This top-mounted freezer has a stainless steel construction, durable and strong enough to bear demands of a busy kitchen. White-colored aluminum coating inside doors provides an everlasting finish and protection to the equipment from corrosion and rust. Its oversized condensing unit and evaporator are energy efficient and provide quick cooling with temperature recovery so that the food does not go bad. For increased visibility and simple access, doors of this unit are LED light operated and self-closing. There is a door locking system for food safety during off-hours.Kratos Reach-In Freezer features a programmable, automated defrost system to limit any ice build-up inside cabinets. In cases when cabinet door stays open, "open door alert" system starts beeping to notify the user. This reach-in freezer comes from the factory at a temperature of -4°F but holding temperature is maintained from -10°F to +10°F. to keep a check on the freezer's temperature, there is an LED display visible even from a distance of 15 feet. An in-built condensate evaporator removes the requirement of floor drain for removal of excess water. This freezer is eco-friendly as it uses HCFC and CFC-free R-404A refrigerant with 1-1/4 horsepower.
