Scaled for the home kitchen, the CornuFe 90 features an induction cooktop, long a mainstay in European restaurant kitchens, and a must for home cooks looking for clean, energy efficient cooking. The oven has a roomy interior, perfect for accommodating large roasts or wide cookie sheets, and its seven cooking modes provide precision control for reliably delectable results. CornuFe 90 range features an induction cooktop and an oven. Ceramic glass cooktop has a five-zone induction surface, with two front and two rear burners, plus a central burner; right-side front and rear burners can be bridged. Oven offers seven cooking modes including convection and conventional baking/roasting options as well as broiling and defrosting. Enameled steel oven door and porcelain interior help maintain an even heat. Large storage drawer at bottom. Includes four oven racks (two flat racks, two dropped racks), two enamel baking trays and a trivet. Available trim fittings in choice of Satin Chrome or Satin Chrome Polished Brass, with brass accents. White Glove Delivery is required for this item. This does not include installation or assembly.
