This scissor-style mole trap is made of heavy duty galvanized steel with stainless steel springs and will bring an end to even the peskiest moles. Simply step down on the trap to set the jaws underground, ensuring safety around the yard. If moles are not caught within 24-48 hours, carefully adjust the traps sensitivity by turning the frame screws a quarter to the left; repeat until the trap is very easy to trigger, then reset the trap in an active tunnel indicated by a fresh line of moist soil. This trap works without the use of harmful chemicals or baits so is safe for the environment. It eliminates moles rather than driving them to relocate and cause damage elsewhere.
